Dear Ian,
 We dilute our antibodies with glyceol, aliquote them, and then store
them at -20F.  That way they are kept very cold without the potential
damage of ice crystal formation.  Once an aliquote is thawed it is never
put back into the freezer.  So far this method has served very well.
