Hi All

Does anyone have experience staining rat intestine with methylene blue to look for aberrent dysplastic crypts. The mucosal side is examined directly under a dissecting microscope, the method is that of RP Bird from Cancer Letters 37 (1987) 147-151

I am having difficulty differentiating the crypts as everything stains intensely.
