RE: M.O.M. Kits

M.O.M. Kits
I've used both the Vector M.O.M. and the DAKO ARK.  I think the Vector kit is pretty much junk--I never got very good results with it, especially on tissues with lots of lymphocytes.  Tech support even told me that it probably wouldn't work on frozen mouse spleen!  The DAKO ARK is a vastly superior product, though I've found I get better results when I increase the preincubation of the primary and secondary antibodies to 30 min instead of 15min.

Hello,

Can anyone please tell me which M.O.M. kit is the most successful and widely used?  We are having mouse on mouse issues and would like to order the best kit.

Thanks for your help,
