I am looking for a staining technique for phospholipids.  We have
tissue, unfixed, frozen that is suspect of phospholipidosis.  I would
like to run some type of quanitative stain to demonstrate the
increase.  

One procedure I am looking at is  Sudan Black B Method for
Phospholipids (Elftman 1957)has anybody ever tried this method?
