Malarial parasite in sections.
What is
the method of choice for malarial parasites in sections, Leishman or
Giemsa?. Diluting water, I have a note in my techniques book that I
should use water at pH 7.2 for Leishman but what about Giemsa.
Differentiation, colophonium alcohol or acetic acid.
