Would anyone happen to have a protocol for reprocessing poorly processed
paraffin tissue samples?  Recently a batch of mouse brains came out of
our processor so hard that they shred if you try to cut the blocks on
the microtome.  Is it possible to deparaffinize them and reprocess them
so that (hopefully) they come out softer and easier to cut?
