Deb,
Glad you brought that to my attention. So far I've been lucky that concentrations have been given, but I'm sure an wee e-mail to the supplier would solve the problem. I know I'm sad but my favourite part of the technique, apart from the result, is doing the calculation, simple arithmetic, great fun.
Ian.

Ian,

I have used the Dako ARK for M.O.M. issues. It does work, but my only concern was the calculations. Do you use only Dako antibodies? Sometimes our antibodies do not come with the concentration and it is impossible to do the calculations.

Thanks,

Deb Polkovitch

Using Dako Ark - very impressive. Simple to use with a clean result.
Ian.
