Deparaffinizing Plastic sections

I'm in the process of
deparaffinizing, 5 um plastic sections in 60 degree oven-heated Xylene. I
forgot to leave it over night. Is their a faster or microwave time that I
can use to get the same effect by today or will I have to just leave it in
another night?
