Hello Histonetters.
I'm looking for a good morphology stain to use on free floating (35
micron) mouse brain sections.  I'm particularly interested in a stain
that clearly shows the amygdala and the midbrain.  The only catch is
that it can't autofluoresce.   Does any one know of a good stain for
this?  I would be willing to use either a stain that's not the greatest
but doesn't autofluoresce or does autofluoresces but is great for
viewing the amygdala and midbrain.  Any help would be greatly
appreciated.  Thank you.
