Does anyone can answer this question?
Normally we do the IHC Free Floating Method on vibratome sections. No
problems. Then we did a pilot with paraffin sections. All the sections gave
an auto -fluorescence. Even without doing the IHC itself, just
deparrafinize, hydrating to water gives already this auto-fluorescence.
How does this occur?
