Hi Sharon,

This is a big problem. The idea is to find a nipple, which is almost
impossible. We take an axillar sample as routine. Pragmatism dictates that
if mammary is affected you'll find it. If it isn't you will not and it's
not a problem. There may be strain differences. We use CD1's.

Hi,
Does anyone have a good procedure for obtaining male mammary
tissue on a mouse?

Any information would be most appreciated.
