What -ve  control do  you  employ  when  the  primary  antibody  is straight  serum????, normal  serum  from  the  same  species  or  IgG  also  from  the  same  species?????.I  ask  this  as  recently  my  normal  rabbit  serum  seems  to  be  giving quite  a  high  backgound  compared  to  rabbit  IgG.Maybe  I  should  lash  out  and  buy  some  fresh  normal  rabbit  serum!!?
