RE: camera selection

From:"Georger, Mary"

Sylvia,
We have a DP-11 camera attached to our Olympus BX41. It utilizes a Smart
Media card so there is no need for an additional computer, and the images
really nice. It is easy to use, which is key in our center with many
different people using the setup. The entire set up from start to finish was
about 4K, in fact we just purchased the exact same set up for our new scope!

We did look into a cooled system, but we already had one available on our
Fluorescent dedicated scope, and felt the additional cost was not worth the
duplication as well as the higher level of technical difficulty and ensuing
repairs :)
