SOMETIME LAST YEAR I READ A SHORT ARTICLE ON HOW TO SALVAGE IMMUNO STAINS THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN RUN....IN OTHER WORDS....YOU HAVE NO TISSUE LEFT TO CUT AND ONLY THE SLIDES YOU RAN THROUGH A PARTICULAR IMMUNO RUN....NOW SUPPPOSE SOMETHING HAPPENED AND THE RUN DID NOT COMPLETE OR YOU WANTED TO ELIMINATE THE DAB AND RESTAIN WITH ANOTHER ANTIBODY....SOMEWHERE THERE IS A PROCEDURE AS I RECALL IT HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH SOAKING IN A BUFFER SOLUTION FOR A PERIOD OF TIME AND THEN RE RUNNING THE IMMUNO RUN......
