Has anyone out there done immunostaining for GAP 43 on 40 micron vibratome
brain sections?  Also I have never worked with vibratome sections or done
work on free floating sections.  Is there a reference or protocol with a
list of supplies, so I can see what I'm getting into and what I would need
to purchase.
