What are you using for "rapid" decalcification of tissue with 
preservation of antigens?
At present I am using EDTA but even using heat/microwaving this 
can take several days or weeks. We are using mouse tissues 
(femur, skull etc) and using several antibodies (B&T cell, Cytokines 
etc.)
