Boric Acid-Borate Buffer (pH 7.6)

Stock Solution A: Boric Acid   1.24gm/100ml DI water
Stock Solution B: Sodium Borate 1.9gm/100ml DI water.

Solution A.......................85 ml
Solution B.......................15 ml

Mix solution A and B.  Stable at room temperature

Supplies

Boric Acid(H3BO3)  Mallinckrodt  Cat#2549
Sodium Borate (Na2B4O7 X 10H2O) J.T. Baker Cat#3570-01

Use for 1 minute immediately after HCL step.
