BONEMARROW

Fix bonemarrow in formalin/acetic acid over night and wash in dest. water.
Decalc in EDTA over night or 6-7 hours on "shaker", process in tissue
processor.
With this procedure you'll have perfect morphology and immunostainings.

Do not use acidic decal, as this is harmful to many antigens.
If still hard to cut, face tissueblock in EDTA 2-3 hours.

Fix: Formalin (cons) 200ml, Acetic acid (cons) 50ml, 0.9%NaCl 750ml.

EDTA: EDTA 250g, Aqua dest 1750 ml, NaOH 25g  adjust to pH 7.
