Thanks Fred for that great answer and the references and thanks to all who 
sent me  information especially Gayle and Geoff.  We always knew shrinkage 
occurred but sometimes you have to have additional information from reputable 
sources in the field to help convince certain customers that it's inevitable 
when dealing with polymers.
