John:

I just tried HistoGel last week for the first time and my samples came
through clear.

Does anyone, or has anyone used HistoGel from Richard Allan for their
biopsies or cell blocks??? When we first tried out the samples the gel came
through clear or with slight pink tinge after processing. This was great,
as you could see the specimen inside - now the come through white after
processing and you can't see anything when you're cutting the block. I've
tried different lot numbers to no avail, and I haven't change my processing
routine for probably 5 or 6 years now. I anxiously await to hear of other
users and their experience. Thank you.
