  We just received our mid-cycle CAP checklist and are having debates about
the following questions from the General Checklist. Do they apply to IHC
and what are other labs doing for required verification. Thanks in advance
for any input.

>From General Checklist: 
GEN.42020: Has the lab verified or established and documented 
analytic accuracy and precision for EACH test? 
GEN.42025: Has the lab verified or established and documented 
the 
analytic sensitivity (lower detection limit) of EACH assay, as 
applicable? 
GEN.42030: Has the lab verified or established and documented 
analytic interferences for EACH test? 
GEN.40944: Is the reportable range verified/established and 
validated for each analytic procedure before implementation? 
GEN.40946: Has the laboratory established or verified its 
reference 
intervals (normal values)?
