        Very reliable technique, all you'll have to do is play about with the pH values for good acid reversal. If you can't get the original paper let me know and I'll e-mail my method.

I am looking for any methods that might be out there for this stain.  ( To be used to differentiate muscle fibre types on frozen muscle tissue)
