reliable technique, all you'll have to do is play about with the pH
values for good acid reversal. If you can't get the original paper let me
know and I'll e-mail my method.

I am looking for any methods that might be out
there for this stain. ( To be used to differentiate muscle fibre
types on frozen muscle tissue)
