EM Position in NC
Pathology Associates (PAI), a division of Charles River Laboratories, is the largest provider of contract toxicologic pathology research services in the world. We are currently recruiting technical staff to join our team in RTP, North Carolina.
Electron microscopy technician/trainee - The candidate will be trained in all aspects of the preparation of EM samples-including tissue trimming, processing, embedding, ultramicrotomy, staining grids, examination of specimens on the electron microscope, and darkroom. Good dexterity and organizational skills required. BS/BA in a life science and electron microscopy experience preferred. GLP experience desired. Technicians must be able to work in a fast-paced lab environment, often working independently utilizing their technical skills to meet project deadlines.
