Hi to all ! I've been asked to stain an organism in Avian tissue which has 
been  FFPE, with Calcofluor White for fungi. The organism is unusual in 
that it is grams and Modified Zn positive and negative with Chromic Acid/ 
Schiffs and a Chromic Acid/ Amonical Silver but the EM shows it is a fungi. 
I need a protocol for the Calcoflour White.
