Hello all,
I have been using a Cleaved (activated) Caspase-3 ab from Cell Signaling. 
This one has definitely outperformed the Promega one I used to use. I have 
used the Cell Signaling Caspase on FFPE sections as well as Western blots, 
where it also works. The Promega Caspase-3 is not recommended for Westerns.
