We have been doing CyclinD1 for a long time , slides cut fresh(they can
Oxidize), Harsh retrieval in Citrate buffer 5 min 30 sec high power 11min 30
sec 30% power, cool 15 min rinse in Di water and stain -primary antibody for
30 min at 37 degrees, we use brain or mantle cell lymphoma for control. Feel
