Direct Immunoflourescence works best on fresh tissue, not fixed, however if
you want to do those antibodies on paraffin embedded tissue you must use
either a dab or aec detction kit to see the markings and I warn you (from
previous experience with both ) look out for high background , the dilution
factors for both methods will be greatly different. Good Luck.
