Hi Mermina,
Do you *know* for a fact it will only react with human TGF? Or, has it 
just not been tested with rat? Sometimes if a company does not 
know if their Ab will cross-react (ie has not been tested) to other 
species they will cut a deal of some sort with you, if you are willing 
to share information about what you find regarding cross-reactivity 
to other species.

You didn't mention which companies you tried. Did they include 
Cedarlane, Serotec, Bethyl, BD Pharmingan, Novocastra, (to name 
the ones I frequently try for animal/veterinary specific Ab's). Maybe 
someone else will have more specific info for you.
