Try Vector laboratories.
We have tried a few, the Lipshaw from Thermo Shandon isn't as good.
None work as well as the Dako pen.
One tip, shake off excess water, draw on the slide then blow on it to dry the barrier but whatever you do don't let the section dry.  Pour on some water or buffer onto the section to keep it moist and allow the barrier to dry well before flooding the slide.
