Hello Everyone!! I was wondering if anyone is currently using or
have used brain-drived neurotrophic factor antibody. If so,
can you please share your protocol and I will also need a good
source for rabbit anti-BDNF polyclonal antibody. I plan to use
this antibody on both frozen sections and thick free-floating
cortex sections fixed in 4% Paraformaldehyde/0.1M PB. I hope
someone can help me.
