Two nuclear stains together sounds different.  Seems like one would
interfere with the other.  Any staining manual will provide you with NFR

Hi Histonetters,

Does anyone out there is histoland have a protocol for nuclear fast red for

paraffin?  Also is there a protocol for hematoxylin and nuclear fast red
stain
together(instead of H & E)?
