Csaba, some of the procedures for in situ are not conducive for
keeping sections on the slide (especially tissue from central and
peripheral nervous system). I use commercially prepared "charged"
slides whether the tissue is fixed or unfixed. Allow the sections to
air dry thoroughly before you begin your procedure (fixed tissue) or
before you fix (if possible). If you provide some more information
about your procedure (e.g. fixation of tissue, type of probe,
pre-treatments etc. ) then I am sure someone will be able to help
solve your problem.
