HEllo all Histonet members!
Im from HUngary, i make in situ hybridization on spinal cord and my
problem, that the slices go down from the silan slides.
I perfused the animal transcardial and 15mikron slices were cut on cryostat
immediately on silan slides. During the protokoll this spinal cord goes
down. ANy tip to avoid this problem?
