Are your staining undecalcified bone or soft tissues?

If you are using T blue for undecalcified bone, Eurell and Sterchi
published a wonderful method for undecalcified bone in J of
Histotechnology, in mid 90's.

A pH 8 0.1M phosphate buffer containing 0.75% toluidine blue, heated, to
surface stain and also works on MMA sections of bone. Soft tissues also
stain very well with this.

Sorry, my complete reference is at home, would have to get back on that.
