Peter wants to preserve brain sections for immunofluorescence and therefore
cannot use glutaraldehyde in the gelatin for vibratome sectioning.

Is it not possible to freeze the brain and to cut frozen sections which can
then be fixed to preserve the antigenicity?

With the CryoJane Tape-Transfer process we can prepare flat, intact brain
sections for a variety of protocols, including immunofluoresensce.
