Does anyone know of, or have used an anti-HLA-A2 (note, it must be to A2,
and not an antibody to a common region of HLA or even HLA-A) or an anti-HY
(that is to male antigen) that have been used for IHC?

We need to test for donor versus recipient lymphocytes, and these are our
best bets. The tissue is FFPE.

If anyone can help point me in the right direction, I would be most
grateful.

As usual, they need this pretty soon. A transplant patient is waiting
confirming diagnosis before they can treat for "rejection" versus surgical
(or pre-existing) cause.

Any protocols associated with antibody use would also be welcomed.

Sincerely,
