Both these antibodies are in use at our lab and have great reaults.
Here is what I do.
Antigent retrival procedure with biogenex citra ph 6
Boil at high temp in microwave for 3 mins
Boil at med high for 4mins  check level of fluid and add some if the level is 
low
Boil as med for 5 mins.
Let slides sit in  hot citra for 20mins to half hour.
Wash in di water.
Place in PBS buffer and proceed with staining.1hr.in primary 20 mins each in 
dectection and 5mins in AEC OR DAB.
