I used zinc sulfate formalin and alcoholic zinc fixative from Anatech for 10 years
and loved it, however my hematopathologist STILL insisted on B5.  And in the Fall
of 1999 my arm was twisted to go back to 10% neutral buffered formalin because
ZnSO4 formalin will not allow you to do DNA ploidy on your paraffin embedded
tissues.  :(
