Hi,
Your mouse tissues have gone through quite a fixation mixture. First B5
(mercury fixative), then 10% NBF and finally a zinc formalin. I'm not
supprised that they are dried out and personally I would not guarantee
any immuno results on these tissues. I am sorry to be so negative, but
how can you control your procedure? I hope somebody will come to your
aid, I'd chuck them all.
