I have run the nexes and the ES, and so far you cannot run a titration run 
and a regular run simultaneously, unless you fake out the software and put 
titration barcodes on all the slides then  just dispense as needed.There is a 
way to turn temp off, need a magic number you can only get from Ventana, but 
turns it off of everything , the whole unit,not indiviual slides.
