I get collagen X from Quartett/031501005 (Mopec, Detroit, MI) and use
hyaluronidase and pepsin digestion as a pretreatment. I use the antibody at
1:50
U of Iowa Hybridoma Bank sells a lot of collagens, up to IX, they may even
have X by now.

Subject: collagen type ten
Hi histonetters,
Does anybody know the best way to demonstrate collagen type ten.. I do
not seem to find any antibodies available except for collagen type
four. Is EM a better alternative.
Thanks
