Sigma offers antibodies to Luciferase which have been tested only by immunofluorescence on transfected cells. They may work on frozen or FFPE section ,as well.

Good morning!

Is there anyone out there who localizes luciferase in frozen or paraffin
embedded sections of tissue? Is there an antibody to luciferase available?

Thanks.
