Dear Nabil,
Try to find a copy of Bancroft and Stevens, "Theory and Practice of
Histological Techniques", second edition, Churchill Livingstone publisher,
1982. I suspect there might be a later edition as well. There is an
entire chapter devoted to the preparation of museum specimens.
