Hello Histonetters,
Has anyone used DAKO's kit for in situ hybridization of histone h3? I have
been using this kit and have been getting inconsistent results. I have also
been having quite a problem with precipitation of the BCIP chromogen. Any
thoughts? At this point I'm getting really frustrated...
