Hi histonetters,

I am currently doing IHC on fresh frozen muscle biopsies using primary
antibodies (sarcoglycans, dystrophins etc) and a peroxidase labelled
secondary (both ab's from Novocastra). Even with various dilutions I still
get some background. Is this normal? (I am unfamiliar with FS work, having
only done work on FFPe tissues before.) The method recommended by the
supplier does not indicate protein or endogenous peroxidase blocks - could I
try a little BSA?

Anmy thoughts/comments would be appreciated
best reagrds
