I'm passing on a request from a co-worker for help with his in-situ on
mouse pancreas. I have been bragging about all the useful information that
I have aquired through the histonet, so if you are able to please help us
with this one.

>I am new to in situ hybridization and, with using DIG-labeled RNA, am
>able to obtain nice staining in various mouse tissue cryostat-cut

>pancreas. I haven't been very successful with pancreas and would
>like a protocol or reference for consistent, reproducible results on
>either mouse or human tissue that is either fresh frozen or
> Thanks.
