To: Mary, Gail, Cynthia, Wayne and Jeffrey, Thank you for your help. I am going to give it a go . Thanks Jeffrey for that "pellet" idea and protocol, I get fragmented samples that disappear after proccessing and that is a great idea. Thanks again all. Betsy
