There was a paper in J Histechnology, 1998;21(1): 19-24 that was devoted to 
this. They used the antibodies from Novocastra.
Proteinase K 20ug/ml at 42C for 30 min for MHC-1, and microwave TUF (Signet) 
for MHC-II.
I haven't tried this so can't verify the reproducibility.
If you can't get a hold of the paper let me know and I'll try to get it to 
you.
