mast cells on frozens

I used acetone.  All my staining with a 4 hour exposure to 0.5 pH 0.5% 
Toluidine Blue in lungs on sheep and cattle were negative.  In fixed 
tissue, as reported prior to this in many papers, Carnoy's is the best 
fixative.  I am planning on recutting my frozens and trying several 
different fixatives.  Just thought I'd get Histonet's input before my final 
decision on  which one's might be best to try.
