Amos,

You make cocktails of the different MW keratins to stain a full range on
one piece of tissue. I am sure you know that different MW cover
different Moll numbers of the keratins. The full range covers basic and
acidic so cocktails are designed to hit a specfic target range of Moll/
MW. I have worked at 2 different labs where alot of thought was put into
the needs of the cocktail and keratins researched to see what would be
the best combination. Then the titres are figured out individually first
to learn the staining pattern and then mixed into a cocktail for a full
result. This technique is used quite alot.
